Jardine Cycle & Carriage ("JC&C" or "the Group") is the investment holding company of the Jardine Matheson Group in Southeast Asia.
JC&C has a strategic focus in the fast-growing economies of Indonesia and Vietnam and our portfolio consists of consists of market-leading businesses across different sectors in these countries, alongside further interests in other Southeast Asian markets. This enables the Group to capture the rapid growth of the region, working closely with our businesses to enable them to achieve their potential and to elevate their communities.
Headquartered in Singapore, JC&C is listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange and is 86%-owned by the Jardine Matheson Group.
Indonesia
JC&C has a 50.1% interest in Astra, which has leadership positions in automotive and mobility, financial services, heavy equipment, mining, construction & energy, agribusiness, infrastructure, IT and property. JC&C also holds 49.9% in Tunas Ridean, one of the largest automotive dealerships in the country.
Vietnam
JC&C has a 26.7% holding in Truong Hai Group Corporation ("THACO"), Vietnam's automotive market leader and largest private business group in the country. JC&C also holds a 41.7% holding in Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation ("REE Corporation"), the first publicly listed company in Vietnam participating in power and utilities.

JC&C’s Regional Interests include Cycle & Carriage, a leading automotive dealership with an extensive network in Singapore (100%-owned) and Malaysia (97.1%-owned).
