Your vehicle is damaged - how to get it repaired?

Answer:

If your policy covers damage to your vehicle:

1.  Send your vehicle to a licensed/authorised respective workshop and inform your agent immediately.

2. Take photos and authorise the repair of your vehicle if the estimated repair cost is below the Authorised Repair Limit.

3.  Otherwise, obtain the estimate and sent it to your agent. Your insurer will then appoint a surveyor who will survey and authorise the repairs.

4. To ensure no delay in such authorisation, promptly submit your claim form, police report, repair estimate and/or any other documents that may be required by your agent/insurer.
