Chang See Hiang

Mr Chang joined the Board on 16th July 1997 and was last re-elected as a director on 29th April 2008. He is Senior Partner of Chang See Hiang & Partners, a firm of advocates and solicitors. He is a director of MCL Land, Parkway Holdings, Yeo Hiap Seng and STT Communications. Mr Chang graduated from the University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Law (Honours) degree.
