Assistant / Manager - Customer Service
You will lead a team of frontline staff to achieve optimum customer service and process improvement, and oversee the smooth running of our Mercedes-Benz Customer Service Center. These will include:
• Direct and control the frontline service activities in order to achieve the optimal intakes and output
• Ensure that customers problems and complaints are attended to in an efficient and effective manner, and to their satisfaction
• Ensure that frontline operations, reception area, equipment and facilities are clean and in proper working condition
• Enforce discipline, housekeeping and promote safety habits in workplace
• Supervise, appraise, develop and motivate staff for optimal performance
• Promote harmonious employee relations, team work and productivity
• Manage throughput budget determined by company
Requirements
You must be a degree holder in Engineering, Business or related discipline with at least 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in the automotive industry. As a strong communicator, you must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. You will operate with a high level of integrity, initiative and drive. In addition, you should have experience in managing and developing a team.
