Responsibilities
• Provide quality aftersales support and services to customers
• Manage a wide spectrum of customer service activities such as liaison with customers and workshop on their cars, billings and records maintenance etc.
Requirements
• Min in GCE ‘O’ level or qualification in Hospitality Operations with at least 2 years of frontline/customer service work experience
• Enjoys meeting people with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• PC literate
