Advisor - Customer Service (Alexandra)

You will provide quality aftersales frontline services to customers. You are responsible for attending to customer enquiries, complaints and make booking of appointments. This include test drive of customers car to verify the complaints where necessary, perform follow up calls, provide quotations for service/body repairs, as well as advising on the amount payable to customers.

Requirements
•  Nitec in Automotive Technology (Light Vehicles) or equivalent
•  Possess Class 3 Driving Licence
•  2 years’ relevant working experience
•  Well converse in English
